Summary

Follow-up to #167 (already merged) after the wizard's step 1 changed in ai-sre-web round 3. Updates both zh and en ai-sre/apps.mdx:

  • Step 1 is now a three-option chooser: GitLab.com (fixed https://gitlab.com, nothing to fill in), JihuLab (fixed https://jihulab.com, nothing to fill in), Self-managed (enter the instance's root address — the part of the URL before the group/project path, including subpath guidance for deployments under a subpath).
  • The single-path model is unchanged: "register an OAuth application on that instance" remains universal for all three options, GitLab.com included.
  • The authorize step now notes the wizard shows which instance/OAuth application it's about to use, with a "Change OAuth application" link to re-register a different one before authorizing.

Test plan

  • Verified no bare {} introduced (MDX-safe)
  • Headings/anchors unchanged (### 连接 GitLab 实例 / ### Connecting a GitLab Instance)
  • zh edited first, en mirrors it

…URL field

Step 1 is now GitLab.com / JihuLab (both fixed addresses, nothing to
fill in) / Self-managed (root address required, with guidance on how
to read it off the browser bar, including subpath deployments). The
OAuth-app registration step stays universal for all three options.
Also note the authorize step shows which instance/app will be used,
with a Change OAuth application link to re-register before
authorizing.
