This PR bumps the Flatcar bootengine ebuilds to a newer upstream commit (as referenced from flatcar/bootengine#127) and adds a pinned, versioned ebuild alongside the live (9999) one.
Changes:
- Update the referenced upstream bootengine commit hash and distfile to
b92a1ca9f698bb155ffb7e9cccf83e27e0727817. - Add a new versioned ebuild
bootengine-0.0.38-r48.ebuildthat installs the same dracut modules and helper binaries. - Refresh the
Manifestdistfile entry to match the new tarball checksum/size.
