use node type stripping

Node strips types as of v22.6.0, v23 without the flag, but I'm staying on the LTS with the flag for now

• add new dep ts-blank-space and use it for transforming types - I don't see Node exporting its internal amaro API and oxc-parser is still alpha and requires sourcemaps
