Changing tabs in Design library & going back to the same tab should show the category previously clicked

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open the Design library
2. go to the UI Kits tab > click any category on the left side
3. go to the Block design
4. go back to UI Kits tab > see bug

Closing as implemented. Fixed rendering issues in the design library when switching categories (#3627).
