Add option to drop `resource.X` spans in `browserTracingIntegration`

Description

Follow-up for #14831

We can't filter individual spans anymore. As it's reasonable to filter resource spans, we can add an option to filter those in the browserTracingIntegration

• ignoreResourceSpans (browserTracingIntegration)
• ignoreSpans(Sentry.init option) (docs to be merged via: feat(js): Add ignoreSpans documentation to Options page sentry-docs#14572)
