Define `DataCollection` types and add option to `ClientOptions`

• Define KeyValueCollectionBehavior interface (mode: 'off' | 'denyList' | 'allowList', optional terms)
• Define DataCollection interface with all fields per spec (userInfo, cookies, httpHeaders, httpBodies, queryParams, genAI, stackFrameVariables, frameContextLines)
• Add dataCollection?: DataCollection to ClientOptions in options.ts
• Export types from core package index
