Ensure SDKs emit url and route attributes on `http.server` spans

This should already be the case but let's double check that we can infer good span descriptions by ensuring that we emit the necessary attributes:

• http.route (still needs to be added to conventions but I'll take care of this separately)
• url.template
• url.path
• url.full

The core http.server span paths in server-subscription.ts and httpServerSpansIntegration.ts set http.route but skip url.path and url.template. url.full is currently handled indirectly via requestDataIntegration.processSegmentSpan, though it’s also absent from the initial span attributes. Bun and the edge runtimes already fill all four via getHttpSpanDetailsFromUrlObject; the Node/core server paths are the ones still catching up.
