Replace Copilot image with GitHub Runner image

Replace the current Copilot image used in the project with the official GitHub Runner image. Ensure all documentation and references are updated accordingly.

Tasks:

• Identify all locations where the Copilot image is referenced (Dockerfiles, CI/CD configs, documentation, etc.)
• Replace Copilot image references with the GitHub Runner image
• Test build and deployment to verify the new image works as expected
• Update documentation as needed
