Failed recognition of manifest config in `gh aw add-wizard`

Recognition of manifest file's config works when using gh aw add (i.e. tells us to use add-wizard), but with add-wizard, the config is not recognized and gh-aw goes into the normal prompt flow instead of the custom ones defined under the aw.ymlconfig.

Works as expected:
gh aw add githubnext/central-agentic-ops@c8e8fefb01a9453d9bc1d58e29a9f77bb4e2b450
