[deep-report] Root-cause the recurring antigravity engine doc-drift instead of re-patching each occurrence #48670

Description

@github-actions

Description

The antigravity engine has been added to reference docs and then gone missing again at least 5 times in recent weeks: fixed via #48059, #48218, #48323 (all closed) yet the 2026-07-28 Schema Consistency Check (#48540) again reports antigravity missing from docs/src/content/docs/reference/engines.md despite being a runtime-supported engine (pkg/workflow/engine_definition.go:16-18) with live workflow usage (.github/workflows/smoke-antigravity.md:37). A prior doc-healer escalation (#47875) even noted "13 re-files in 7 days." Manually re-adding the doc entry each time is not converging.

Expected Impact

Add a structural safeguard (e.g., a CI/lint check that fails when engine_definition.gosenginelistands documented engine list diverge) so this class of drift is caught at PR time instead of being rediscovered and manually patched on a multi-day cycle indefinitely.

Suggested Agent

Code Quality agent / schema-consistency workflow maintainer.

Estimated Effort

Medium (1-4 hours)
