push latest code to NPM

This is not exactly a code issue, but I installed the latest gcloud module from NPM, and it looks like the createWriteStream function is not on NPM. When could the latest code get pushed up to NPM?

I believe we are waiting to resolve #122 then we'll be cruising towards publish city :)

edit In the mean time, feel free to test against master (either by cloning the repo and npm link-ing) or npm install git://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/gcloud-node.git
