Jira issues in the Assigned tab are grouped by project and sorted only by Jira's own fields (priority, status, key, dates) — there's no way to arrange them into a personal priority order that doesn't match any single field.
Add a manual custom-order view: a flat list across all projects, ranked via up/down controls on each row, that persists locally and becomes the default view for the tab.
