Connect VidXP Desktop to remote servers

Allow VidXP Desktop to connect to an existing remote VidXP deployment instead of managing only local installations.

Expected behavior:

• Save and switch between named local and remote targets.
• Validate compatibility and available capabilities before adopting a target.
• Support the authentication flow configured by the server.
• Show connection, repository, model, and job readiness.
• Open the appropriate browser or management surface for the selected target.

Remote targets remain server-owned. Desktop should not offer local installation, repair, or removal actions for them.
