Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Disable Hints in the Options Menu.
2. Play the game up until the point you get into Spagonia Entrance Hub.
3. Collect Wall Jump shoes as normal.
4. See that the laser is still up when trying to leave the area.

Expected Behavior

The laser should turn off just like it does when the Hints are turned on.
