• record the Feature 020 retrospective and complete its 126/126 delivery evidence
• require remote gates to be verified before merge without committing facts that invalidate their own reviewed head
• route self-invalidating reviewed-head facts and true post-merge facts to one named causal closeout path
• synchronize the autonomous runbook, orchestration skill, task/evidence templates, five agent surfaces, and project statistics

Field evidence

Feature PR #48 and closeout PR #49 showed that committing current check/thread facts changed the feature head, made the evidence historical immediately, and retriggered all required checks. The correction preserves pre-merge verification while removing that feedback loop from future task shaping.
