Adds one sentence to the intro of rpc/rpc-endpoints.md, right after the existing Chainlist reference.

Why this fits:

  • The page catalogs public RPC endpoints across chains and already warns about rate limits
  • OpenChainBench provides live latency and reliability measurements for these exact endpoints
  • Complements the existing Chainlist reference (Chainlist = static list, OCB = live performance)

What's added:

About OpenChainBench: independent open-source project measuring public RPC endpoint latency across 22+ chains every minute from three regions (US East, EU West, Singapore). Data published under CC BY 4.0, Go harness open sourced on GitHub, no affiliation with any RPC provider.

Disclosure: I contribute to OpenChainBench. Happy to reword or drop entirely if this doesn't fit editorial guidelines.

Friendly bump. Happy to adjust the wording, section, or the linked page if that helps this land. Thanks for your work on this project!
