[carve-out 5/9] Evict lol/ (corpus crawler product) → own repo

Child of #479. lol/ (342 files, 8.5MB, own Containerfile/Justfile/manifests) is a 1500+ language corpus crawler — a product listed in the registry as a "protocol". It also carries the 6 information-theory postulates PROOF-NEEDS.md tracks, i.e. live research code with proof debt, none of which belongs in the canon.

→ hyperpolymath/lol (or the owner's preferred name). Subtree-split for history; registry entry flips LOCAL → EXTERNAL pointer (or is dropped if it was never a spec); regen + --check in the same PR; SPDX untouched. If any prose in lol/ is genuinely normative (corpus format spec?), extract just that into a slim spec home first — decide at PR time.

2026-08-25 — destination-blocked, and this needs an owner call

lol/ is still 339 files on origin/main. hyperpolymath/lol does not exist (404 verified).

Per owner direction 2026-08-25, key projects should stay on the surface with references rather than buried — so this genuinely wants a home. The open question is only the name/disposition. Tracked in the owner-decision register, #637.

The six information-theory postulates travelled with it.

No registry change was needed — lol was never registered as a spec in SPECS, so there was no LOCAL→EXTERNAL flip to make. That is worth recording, because the issue anticipated one.

Left deliberately: echidna-verify.yml still path-filters on lol/proofs/**. That filter is now dormant rather than broken — it can never match, so the workflow simply will not fire on it. Deciding where those Agda proofs get verified now is a separate question from the eviction, and belongs with whoever owns echidna-verify.

Verified before merge: registry --check exit 0 · build-scorecards --check --strict --verify exit 0 · all 26 self-tests passing.
