utest_T1_T2_mapping failing on Github Actions (macOS)

Describe the bug
utest_T1_T2_mapping pass on Windows (both local and Github actions) and macOS (local) but generates a much larger error on macOS (Github actions).

Expected behavior
utest_T1_T2_mapping should pass with a relative error of 1e-7 and absolute error of 0.
