- grep：新增 -F/--fixed（固定字符串）与 -C/--context（每命中前后 N 行上下文， 灰色渲染 + 组间 -- 分隔，行号列宽含上下文行）；Long/Example 同步 - read：删除 --offset，新增 --mode（full/range/around/head/tail）与 --line-start/--line-end/--around/--before/--after/--limit；截断提示改指 --mode range；source 行附 total_lines - 请求体默认省略新字段（服务端默认不变）；测试补 fixed/context 落体、 上下文渲染、五模式 flag、total_lines 透出与 offset 不再发送断言
