chore: bring Makefile to template spec and add AGENTS.md symlink

• Rewrite the Makefile menu and help with colored printf output, showing the real make <target> next to each entry (per the new-project-setup template).
• Rename CLAUDE.md → AGENTS.md (source of truth) and symlink CLAUDE.md → AGENTS.md, so the descriptive name is canonical while Claude still auto-loads it.

No code changes; build/test/vet unaffected.
