Support uploading of directories

[claell]

Single file upload is not that convenient.

Single file upload is not that convenient.

I'm supporting that! :)

Or maybe you could provide us with a tested script which is parsing directories for files, has error-handling and logging?

It is really painful by uploading 1 file at a time through CLI :(

+1 to add this feature.
Adding whole directories is a must be feature.

[puertocastilla]

Yes, we need support to upload directories, please

[dwisiswant0]

+1 for uploading files (and directories) recursively.

[Shabinder]

This would be highly appreciated.

[TallManCycles]

+1 for this as well.

Uploaded folders via rclone – either via webdav or with the new direct driver by @StarHack – do not keep metadata. I think at least creation/modification date shoud be available, now we get only the transfer date.
