Upload a stream

[jdeus]

Hello,

It would be great if we could upload a stream instead of a file. The only option is uploading a file and it's way too restrictive

@jdeus Do you mean something like piping content from another process that could be streaming? We may be able to work something around that idea

I second this request. It would be nice to have a upload-command variant that reads from STDIN.

Ideally, this would be paired with a download command variant that writes file content to STDOUT.

Both commands would be useful to process streams, but also to track progress of such an operation on the client side.
