Upgrade the Node.js version used by the CI and publish workflows from 22.x to 24.x.
ci.yml: matrix bumped to24.x. The setup step hard-coded'22.x'and ignored the matrix, so it now reads${{ matrix.node-version }}publish-npm.yml/publish-github.yml:22.x→24.x, so released packages are built on Node 24.nvmrc(24) so local environments match CIWhy
Part of moving Drive Web and its dependencies to Node.js 24.
No version bump: the published output (
tsc→dist/) does not depend on the Node version, so consumers get the same package. Same approach as the previous Node 22 upgrade (f9e870b).Verified on Node 24.21.0
