Add navigation links in the upper part of the user guide

Sometimes when I explore the OFT user guide, I go from page to page. To navigate, I use the hyperlinks at the bottom of the document. But when I need to skip a page, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page in order to use hyperlinks.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add navigation links at the top of the user guide page.

In Emacs manual, they have the links both at the top and bottom. Example: https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Regexp-Search.html

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe it would be better to use the file tree for navigation. But what about mobile users?

Thanks for reporting this @InAnYan . That's a fair point.

We use Jekyll to render the page and it is a thorn in my eye that I have to "manually" add the lateral navigation. I will investigate if Jekyll allows me to plug into the rendering, so that I could define the lateral movement as metadata in the frontmatter instead of the content. If so, adding it on top and bottom should be doable.

BTW, I was viewing the user documentation via GitHub, not through website.

I was also thinking, if you could add this link: https://openfasttrace.itsallcode.org/ to the repository description? I think a lot of repositories do that, and I'm used to this (when you come across a GitHub repository, but want to know more about the tool, I just go to the main website, which is often accessible via repo descritpion).
