Continuous close can finish with zero positions and orders but leave the account rebalance action hidden: a qualification check skipped while the session was busy never restarts when the counters remain unchanged.
Restart the existing qualification window after the continuous session clears its task state. Preserve the full two-second stability window, fresh all-account position validation, and manual transfer confirmation. Bump the generated userscript to v2.7.215 and document the completion and visibility behavior.
Validation:
npm test: 2,087 passed; test lint, build, syntax, and diff checks passed.
