UI shows 5G for 5G+LTE and does not distingish which source the signal values are from. It is common the the primary modem in bbv1 may choose 5gnr+lte for backhaul but the UI will show acess tech: 5g (5G), additionally the signals for the 5g may all be invalid, therefore we fallback to the lte signals which should be communicated.
