OpenId4Java no longer works on App Engine after revision 658

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build app that uses openid4java
2. Deploy to app engine
3. Try and use it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect my app to start properly. Instead I get "Cannot find class 
[javax.net.ssl.SSLContext]"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

On appengine.

Please provide any additional information below.

HttpFetcherFactory was modified in revision 658 and a dependency on the 
SSLContext class added. This class does not exist in AppEngine so it breaks.
