Hi 👋🏻 I'm José, a Frontend & Full Stack Engineer

I build modern web applications with TypeScript, React and Next.js, focused on user experience, performance and clean architecture. I work agent-first: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and agentic workflows are part of my daily toolkit, and I direct and review AI-generated code rather than paste it. I've worked across the stack (Node.js, Rails, GraphQL), which lets me understand products end to end and collaborate across frontend, backend and product.

Most recently at Aignostics, building data-heavy applications including a whole-slide image viewer used by pathologists and an AI-powered search product. I focused on feature delivery, system reliability, and raising the quality bar through testing strategy, observability and developer tooling.

Currently open to Frontend Engineer, Software Engineer and Full Stack roles, hybrid or remote.
