Resolves the "multi-project ~ onboarding" consolidation from the dev+help merge matrix (keep both, cross-link). Adds mutual :::tip links between /catalog/multi-project/ (concrete worked example + Data Catalog sharing) and /tutorial/onboarding/architecture-guide/ (strategy, benefits, and the vertical/horizontal/hybrid design strategies) so readers of either page can discover the other.
