Overview
Release 0.29.0 bumps package and install docs to v0.29.0 and records changelog entries for Windows hypervisor support and VFIO vGPU lifecycle work on the server.

The generated Go client picks up matching API model changes: InstanceGPU now exposes device_path (sysfs path for the assigned vGPU) alongside mdev_uuid, which is documented as mdev-only. Instance log streaming adds swtpm as a source option via InstanceLogsParamsSourceSwtpm. GPUProfile.Available is documented as a best-effort count of virtual functions that can still create that profile, reflecting VFIO-style vGPU inventory rather than a simple instance cap.
