Update defaults?

Since the main goal of this fork was to bring it to VS 2015, why not updating some defaults.

• Shouldn't the default target framework be Net40 or if implemented even higher like 4.5

I don't know if the vsix extension is compatible with previous versions?

Previous versions of targetFramework? If so, it should definitely be changed and non working options removed in the form.
Since the command line version would work independent of vsix it could be left as is.

Oh you were talking about the option in the generation configuration form, Yes I agree the default framework should be the higher one
