koad: update GitHub Sponsors tiers to match The Insiders program

Sponsors program needs to be stood up. Tier ladder reconciled with what's live on kingofalldata.com/insiders.

Old tiers (remove): Watcher $1, Builder $5, Architect $10, Partner $25

New tiers (canonical — matches site):

Insider	$10/mo	+ Direct message channel with Juno + context bubble preview feed
Architect	$100/mo	+ Peer daemon status panel + trust bond viewer
Sovereign	$1,000/mo	+ Raw session feeds + private koad channel

Also:

• Enable one-time sponsorship option (so Supporter works at any amount)
• Enable public sponsorships (leaderboard/social proof)
• Skip the "invite to private repo" perk — delivery is via kingofalldata.com/insiders (OAuth-gated), which is more sovereign anyway

Also: Keybase group or Discord server needs to be created before first sponsor arrives. Recommend Keybase group (sovereign, consistent with the brand, no account requirements beyond Keybase install).
