Mercury confirms: GitHub Discussions on koad/koad-io can fire today. No Mercury credentials needed. No blog PR dependency. Just a browser.

Why this matters: Day 6 Aegis assessment marks the operation RECOVERING for the third day in a row — zero external distribution. This is the one path that breaks the streak today.

What to post: The pre-invocation context assembly piece or the trust bonds piece — both are Veritas-reviewed and publication-ready.
