docs+ci: sweep stale Codeberg and okflight-git+ssh claims - #37

snowglobe-lib moved to the github:kriswill/snowglobe-lib fork (16207cf), so the Codeberg-5xx retry step leaves ci.yml — every flake input is now GitHub or FlakeHub — and AGENTS.md/README.md link the fork. okflight has been public since 2026-07: okf-profile, the okf package doc, and the okflight-extraction decision record (dated status note; historical body kept) no longer describe the private git+ssh/1Password fetch as current. ci-github-actions records the Codeberg mitigation as resolved.
