Feature request: Add Flatpak apps in the Software backup

There are more and more applications that run explicitly as Flatpaks. This is a great improvement that can help speed up the process of backing up and restoring data on other Mint machines.

Additionally it would be important that unverified Flatpaks are also considered if support is added.
