fix(seo): complete English alias metadata and guard release output

Follow-up from inspecting the exact GitHub Pages artifact produced by deployment #245.

• pass each article description into /en/writing/{id} compatibility aliases
• emit lang=en-US and a real meta description on those noindex redirect pages
• extend the release audit so every generated HTML page must have a non-empty title, meta description, and exactly one H1

The deployment artifact had no internal dead links, no Loading... residue, and no old v1 friend-link avatar references; the only gap found by the independent artifact scan was missing descriptions on these nine alias pages.
