fix(readme): render the new hero reliably on GitHub

[lora-sys]

The raster README hero was reserving its full 16:9 area on GitHub but rendering blank. This replaces the README hero with a self-contained SVG version of the approved warm Lora composition and switches both English and Chinese READMEs to that SVG.

Scope is intentionally small:

• replace assets/readme/hero.svg with the current Lora / amber / representative-work banner
• point README.md to hero.svg
• point README-zh-CN.md to hero.svg

The SVG was rendered locally before upload to verify the artwork and text are visible.
