Add greasyfork or tampermonkey extension to your browser to get the software to run userscripts
Inside the extension, make a new script and paste in these scripts
Go to the site mentioned in the @include line (fb, twitter etc) and refresh the page.
You can usually see if it's working right away, check the browser debug console for confirmations.
