Release scope
.release/windows.jsonRelease intent
This release is intended for real FAT-bench validation of the merged PR #140 behavior. After this PR reaches
main,release-windows.ymlrebuilds and retests the exact release source, smoke-tests the portable EXE and installer, generates checksums/SBOM/provenance, and publishes stable GitHub Release v1.6.22. The release-documentation workflow then synchronizes published hashes/URLs before the 1.6.22 FAT release notes are updated.FAT behavior under test
Version note
The latest public release before this PR is v1.6.21 while canonical
mainmetadata remained at 1.6.20, so this release intentionally advances to v1.6.22 rather than reusing an existing tag.
