P6.2-A — ARSAS integration

Stacked on the field-tested P6.1 branch/PR #217 and pins ARIEC P6.2-A PR #88 commit d4612fb7fd5d499a70df17110f6191c452340e0c.

Field evidence driving this patch

The latest physical SIPROTEC test proved P6.1 containment: after the first dynamic DataSet failure and reconnect, freeBRCB=1 remained available, Buffer02 and Unbuffer02 were successfully armed, 40 selected points stayed report-backed, and 90 residual points fell back to MMS. The remaining dynamic root cause is the association failure during DefineNamedVariableList.

Integration

• pin the exact P6.2-A engine commit;
• preserve P6.1 mixed-plan ordering and static-failure isolation unchanged;
• before any dynamic RCB mutation, ARIEC performs a single-member probation on the exact planned DataSet reference: DefineNamedVariableList -> GetNamedVariableListAttributes -> DeleteNamedVariableList;
• on failure, ARSAS surfaces probe stage/DataSet/member and the first three exact evidence lines: DEFINE summary, requestHEX, responseHEX;
• evidence includes invokeID, request/response BER, receive-routing summary, association state before/after, and fail-closed cleanup status;
• no new live diagnostics grid or timer is added.

Regression guards

• compile-time P6.2 evidence-contract coverage;
• P6.1 static containment and mixed activation ordering remain guarded;
• provenance guards preserve PR Keep privacy preference controls non-tracking #87 history while pinning PR Add contextual search authority and private growth queue #88.

• ARIEC .NET CI run 32114322970 (site: polish R4 beginner onboarding hierarchy #355): success — source verification, restore, build, all tests;
• ARSAS Build ARSAS run 32114628934 (#1292): success — full solution, all 417 application regression tests, portable publish + smoke;
• Windows installer run 32114631215 (fix: auto-sync landing pages with stable release #278): success — build/test, installer compile, silent install/uninstall smoke;
• IO List Testing run 32114631504 (fix: auto-sync landing pages with stable release #278): success;
• SV evidence run 32114631476 (ci(maintenance): verify exact source SHA in four discovery guards #414): success.

This remains draft/unmerged until the same physical relay is retested and the P6.2 NVL probe evidence is captured.
