This original Step 5 lane was based on the older
mainshell and therefore did not contain the later ARSAS 1.6.36 FAT/COMTRADE/workstation staging progress. It is intentionally closed to prevent field testing an obsolete GUI lineage.The authoritative replacement is PR #308 (
trial/scl-assisted-online-step5-v1636), based directly on the qualified ARSAS 1.6.36 staging head. PR #308 also implements the previously specified but never-landed smart IED onboarding contract:Add IEDentry offering Open SCL / CID or Discover IED by IP;Connect Allvisible only when multiple loaded IEDs make bulk connection useful;Do not use Build #2789 or any artifact/intermediate commit from this PR for physical IED validation.
