Trial: qualify ARIEC convergence on field-proven v1.6.36 combined head

Purpose

Final software-qualification lane that preserves the currently green ARSAS v1.6.36 PR #312 workstream while repinning only the IEC 61850 engine authority to the exact green ARIEC convergence head.

Combined diff

Exactly two non-runtime files change relative to PR #312:

1. engines/ARIEC61850.lock.json
2. docs/SCL_GOLDEN_WIRE_PHYSICAL_TRIAL.md

No ARSAS application/runtime/UI/control/analyzer/COMTRADE/FAT source from PR #312 is replaced or reverted.

The lock keeps ref: main, pins immutable ARIEC commit 0023ef9..., and preserves the full historical fieldProvenBaseline lineage verbatim because ARSAS regression tests intentionally treat that provenance as part of the compatibility contract.

Preserved contracts

PR #312 authority

• successful control commands do not synthesize monitored process feedback;
• process stVal changes only from real acquisition/report authority;
• control dialog does not overwrite Current Value from command result alone;
• phasor/harmonic easing remains presentation-only.

Trusted-SCL reporting authority

• verified SCL remains authoritative for DataSet/RCB identity;
• no hidden network DataSet-directory browse or dynamic DataSet mutation;
• receiver registered before RCB writes;
• URCB Resv -> RptEna when exposed;
• BRCB direct RptEna, ResvTms retry-only after actual direct-enable rejection;
• two whole-RCB verification reads;
• one explicit startup GI only after routing and activation/readbacks succeed;
• GI rejection fails closed and cleans up;
• steady state event-driven with no cyclic MMS polling/repeated GI;
• buffered backlog leaves latest current-state value per signal;
• RptEnabled@max remains diagnostics metadata only and cannot synthesize live RCB names.

Physical qualification contract

The field-trial document is updated to the actual convergence behavior and now explicitly requires preserving PR #312's real-process-feedback boundary during the physical test.

2. Exact combined-head Windows installer validation must PASS.
3. Exact combined-head IO List and SV evidence validations must PASS where triggered by the engine-lock change.
4. PR fix(v1.6.36): real IED process feedback and smooth analyzers #312 COMTRADE G2.3-B: add isolated dynamic-report qualification commissioning #223 remains the accepted baseline because the combined diff touches no COMTRADE/application source; any newly triggered COMTRADE validation must also PASS.
5. Physical AA1E1F06R4 regression must prove BRCB+URCB startup, complete initial state, semantic structured values, event-driven steady state/no polling, deterministic RCB release, and no synthetic command feedback.

No merge or release without explicit approval after these gates.
