Is your feature request related to a problem?

We are trying to enable continuous speech recognition, so that the user can keep speaking as long as he wants, before having an explicit way to submit the whole text to the bot.

We are using https://github.com/microsoft/BotFramework-WebChat/blob/main/docs/SPEECH.md to achieve it, but we can't find ways to avoid:

• auto send of a message
• continuous recognition that spans multiple recognized sentences
