Bug: Name collision happens when the root namespace is the same as a class name in GeneratedBindableCustomProperty SG

Description

When the project's root namespace is DataGrid and there's a class DataGrid in the root namespace, name collision issue happens in [WinRT.GeneratedBindableCustomProperty()].

Adding global:: should fix this issue.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create Project Name1
2. Create a class Name1 in the root
3. Add a item model class and add an attribute GeneratedBindableCustomProperty to it
4. See the SG'd source and the erorrs

Expected Behavior

No errors
