I'm having a hard time evaluating on VOC2012 for semantic segmentation.
Could you provide clear instructions how to reproduce the numbers reported in your paper? The config seems to be missing. The registered dataset "voc_2012_val" seems to be missing information too, such as the thing classes and the evaluator type. When I add this information and evaluate, I get a very low mIoU nowhere close to the numbers in the paper.
