Try to log-in via either settings or the repo tool. ### Expected result Prompt appears and I can log in. ### Actual result Settings is unresponsive. The repo tool does do something, but the prompt does not appear. ### Included Extensions Information Did a test. Logging in works with DevHome(Preview) and Github(Preview) Logging in does not work with DevHome(Preview) and Github(Canary)
