I've been testing a little bit the msstore cli for the first time, and I found that when I publish a package to a flight (I didn't test it yet for normal pushing) it does enable the rollout by default, and it sets it to 0%.
I know I can adjust it to 100% with -prp option, but I would like to disable it completely. Is there anyway?
