[Feature]: Response http version

Having a way to get the http version of a given response would be nice to have. Currently the only way to get this information is by enabling HAR recording and pulling it from there. I've created a PR to add this: #39434

Example

const response = await page.goto("https://example.com");
const httpVersion = await response.httpVersion(); // returns string HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2.0, etc

Motivation

The Response object already exposes useful network level data via serverAddr() and securityDetails() but provides no way of accessing the http version of a given response without enabling the HAR recording and processing the entire HAR file after the context is closed.

Hi! For my understanding, can you elaborate on your usecase for this? I see why you'd want to assert on the HTTP Version of APIResponse, but not so much for browser Response.

Hey Simon Knott (@Skn0tt). We specifically want the ability to open a URL in a browser environment and check the established HTTP version of requests when routed through a proxy or not. We want to verify the protocol established by the actual browser engine when the connection is negotiated. The example I listed original was just to show the basic application.

Having this on the browser Response allows us to assert the HTTP version of sub-resources loaded by the page easily. The only way to do this currently, is to generate a HAR file and then read it into memory so we can parse the entries for the specific requests/responses we're looking to check, then clear out the HAR file afterwards. It's a lot of overhead just to make some simple assertions. Plus, since it was already being tracked internally for every response, this change is exposing that piece of information already used by playwright internally.
