Hi, I'm the Playwright bot and I took a first look at the CI failure here.

The only failing test is [firefox] › mcp/cli-core.spec.ts:219 › dialog-accept <prompt> on Windows. This PR only edits the triage workflow YAML files, and the same test has failed with the same error on a commit that has nothing to do with this PR.

Details

The PR changes .github/workflows/triage_{linux,mac,win}.yml to use the Copilot CLI notation for the model name. Those files only affect the triage workflows. They can't reach the MCP CLI code or tests.

Pre-existing flake / infra

• [firefox] › mcp/cli-core.spec.ts:219 › dialog-accept <prompt> (mcp-windows-latest-firefox). The error is expect(received).toContain(expected) with Received has value: undefined. In the test-results DB, the same test on the same bot failed with the identical error on push commit 612050eb (run 33728779183, 2026-09-03), which this PR can't be responsible for. It also failed on an earlier commit of this PR (207c8b5, run 36037608473). Apart from those two, it passed in the other ~395 Windows Firefox runs in the DB. On macOS and Ubuntu Firefox it hasn't failed at all. The failure is rare and specific to Windows Firefox.
