“winget list” don't get "Available" column

Brief description of your issue

Yesterday winget list work bad.it can't display Available column.Yesterday before,Microsoft Visual C++ always display new available upgrade version,but now don't display.I use winget search Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 command can display the newer version than my installed version.

@ItzLevvie,a few days before I don't know winget upgrade --all .Last week I had upgraded all program.If you need winget list screenshot when the upgradable program exists,I will wait a upgradable program.But I can tell that winget list don't get the Available column not only Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable in my PC.When upgradable program exist,like Telegram Desktop,Available column don't show always happen.

On my machine, the "Available" column disappear. Currenly is there some workaround to make "Available" column show?

Same issue on one of my machines: winget upgrade reports 10 available upgrades, winget list only shows the Name, Id and Version columns.

winget v1.2.10271 running on Windows 10.0.19044.1645.amd64fre.vb_release.191206-1406
